<h3>Processing Time</h3>
<p>All orders ship within <strong>3–5 business days</strong> from Colorado.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.</p>
<h3>Shipping Rates & Delivery</h3>

<li>Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.</li>
<li>Most U.S. orders arrive in <strong>3–7 business days</strong> after shipment.</li>
<li>We currently ship <strong>within the United States only</strong>.</li>
<li>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Magnetic Messages is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer.</li>

<h3>Order Issues</h3>
<p>If there is a problem with your order (missing items, damaged magnet, incorrect product),
email us at <a href="mailto:magnet.messages@gmail.com">magnet.messages@gmail.com</a> within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery and we’ll make it right.</p>
<h3>Lost or Stolen Packages</h3>
<p>Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Magnetic Messages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We will do our best to help,
but cannot guarantee replacements.</p>
<h3>Cancellations</h3>
<p>Orders may be canceled <strong>within 2 hours</strong> of purchase. After that, we may have already begun processing your order.</p>
